Introduction:
Oval Charcoal Machine is mainly used to briquette charcoal leftover, small pieces of charcoal, charcoal waste, etc. and make them be fully used to increase its economic value. The final briquette shape and size both can be customized from 25-60mm with oval, pillow and square shape as well as other favorite shapes in market. according to special requirement. In addition, the raw material range is very widely, like coal powder, fertilizer, salt, iron powder, and gypsum, chrome, copper, etc.
Structure:
(1) We offer three types of pressure: spring disc, wedge block and hydraulic
Hydraulic type has larger pressure, even some uneasy shaping materials, such as dry powder, fertilizer, salt, etc, can also press in good shape, the pressure can be adjusted according to different raw material.
(2) Because charcoal fines is just a little light, easy to be molded. The roller material adopts 65Mn is enough. Normally, this kind of roller can use 8-10 month.
(3) We also produce four-rollers Oval Charcoal Machine : in order to reduce density between charcoal fines and make best quality charcoal briquettes, we design four rollers charcoal fines briquetting machine, which can press charcoal fines two times.
(1) For BBQ charcoal fines briquetting machine, we offer three types of pressure: spring disc, wedge block and hydraulic.

Customer Notice:
(1) Inlet raw material need less than 5mm, as all know, the smaller the material, the better the briquettes.
(2) The material can't be mixed with metal material, or the mold is easily damaged.
(3) The raw material moisture need be controlled between 12%-15%.
(4) A certain proportation of binder and charcoal fines, we will offer details after we finished the order for free.
